With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Ocbina Elliott of Hickory, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2025 at the age of 56. In the sacred silence of farewell, Elizabeth Ocbina is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her father Michael William Elliott. She is survived by: her mother Emily Ocbina Elliott; her spouse Leilany Decera Elliott; and her sister Evelyn Elliott Price.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home - Jack Bass Memorial Building (334 2nd St NW, Hickory, NC 28601).
