It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene E Morgan of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Edward Morgan, Sr. and Lillian Christensen Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Bradner Spackey Morgan; his children, William E. Morgan (Linda Bendixen Morgan) and Laura Morgan; his stepdaughters, Julie Spackey DiBartolomeo (Don) and Jerri Spackey Fink (Dan); his grandsons, Edward and William Morgan; his stepgranddaughters, Robin Fink and Samantha Spackey; and his sister Barbara Bartow.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Northminster Presbyterian Church, 3730 North Center Street, Hickory, NC 28601.
