He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Dellinger and Edith Dellinger (Whitener); his wife Elizabeth Brawley Dellinger of Troutman; and his sisters, Iris Dellinger Cansler and Susan Dellinger Lebowitz.
He is survived by: his cousin Harvey Worth Pearce; his son Andrew Everette; his daughter-in-law Heather Dellinger of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Terrell Dellinger, Elizabeth Dellinger Ellenfield and Tom Dellinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
