With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gail Lenore Bowman of Hickory, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Beers and Lenore Beers; her brother David; her husband Daniel Henry; and her son Jamie Henry.
She is survived by: her daughter Jaclyn (John); her grandchildren, Jacob, Emily and Chloe; her son Kyle (Sonya); her grandchildren, Abigail, Mason, Ralf and Norah; her great grandchild Jonathan (Jennifer); her sister Elaine; her nieces, Kelsey and Angela; her sister-in-law Rose; her nieces and nephews, Brandon and Morgan; Vivian, Ruby and Zeke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Wilmington, North Carolina, or to Highways and Hedges in Hickory, North Carolina, or by helping someone in need in her honor.
