He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley Holt and Dossie Marcum Holt; his son Tim Holt; and his siblings, Don Holt, Bill Holt, Margaret Fowler, Mary Ruth Renfro, Ruby Holland, Maxine Martin, Markie Holt, Terry Holt Berry and Van Holt.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Miller Holt; his sister Deborah Holt of Hot Springs; and his grandchildren, Cortney Holt, Aiden Sigmon, Allie Brooks, Adalyn Hall, Kathryn Fernandez, Jamie Vienneau, Lorelei Archer, Larkin Fox and Andy Fox.
