We announce the death of Glenda Mae Childers of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on June 2, 2026, at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Medlin and Hazel Nadine Smith Medlin; her husband Randall M. Childers; and her brothers, James Ronald Medlin and Gary Dean Medlin.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Lee Childers of Hickory, Mark Randall Childers of Newton and Lisa Childers Fox (Bruce) of Granite Falls.
