He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Franklin Sherrill and Bertha Hollar Sherrill; and his wife Margaret Bowman Sherrill. He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda Littleton (Jim) of Mt. Airy, Denise Caldwell (Mike) of Hickory and Debbie Thomas (John) of Taylorsville; his siblings, Bill Sherrill (Jean) of Conover and Rena Sherrill Bowers of High Point; and his grandchildren, Jim Littleton (April), Sean Huffman (Lynn), Michone Coleman (Mark), Heather Hubbard (Chad), Jordan Caldwell (Courtney), Todd and Jason Thomas.
