She was predeceased by: her parents, Odus Richard and Lillie Helton Richard; her sons, Rocky Dean Watts and Garland Everette Watts, Jr.; her brothers, Odus Richard, Jr., Jesse Eddie Richard, John Thomas Richard and Arnold Richard; her grandson Christoper Lee Shupe; and her son-in-law Kevin R. Burch.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mildred Richard Herman, Carroll Paul Richard, Sr. and Jerry Warren Richard; and her children, Cocheita Lynn Burch, Gwen Elizabeth Pritchard (Gerald), Ellen Denise Watts Lowe, Rev. Joe Watts and Adam Wade Belton (Nichelle). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
