He is survived by: his friend Darlene Rhinehardt; his children, Nadja Rhinehardt and Tyree Rhinehardt of Hickory; his siblings, Pamela Maxie, Etoye Maxie Lynch, Metdfor Maxie (Mattie) and James Maxie of Many, LA; and his grandchildren, Xquan Wilfong, Dre Rhinehardt, Landan Maddox, Inandi Rhinehardt, Jayden Maddox, Austin Rhinehardt and Chandler Griggs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Salisbury National Cemetery (202 Government Rd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
