She was predeceased by: her parents, Burgess Avery and Lockie Smith Bartlett; her former husband John William Greene; her husband Edgar Stanley Bishop; her sons, Robert Bishop, Kenneth Greene and Danny Greene; and her grandson Matthew Greene.
She is survived by: her children, Nita Greene of Hickory, Dinah Herman (Harold) of Newton and Mark Bishop (Kim) of Taylorsville; and her children-in-law, Jacqueline Greene and Scott Frye. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
