She is survived by: her spouse Thomas L. Sullivan, Jr.; her children, Sheri Perryman (Doug), Tommy Sullivan (Becky) and Brent Sullivan (Judy); her grandchildren, Chris Perryman (Stephanie Ellis), Dr. Justin Sullivan (Leslie), Dr. Zach Sullivan (Riley) and Lara Krishnan (Major Micah); and her great grandchildren, Juliet, Jesse, Scarlett, Forrest Krishnan, Payton and Rylee Sullivan.
