He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Rinck and Juanita Gantt Rinck; and his brother-in-law Fred Withers. He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Rinck (Tammy) of Hickory and Scott Rinck (Helen) of Hickory; his grandchildren, Taylor Brianne Faulkner (Jon), Autumn Dawn Whitener (Robert) and Jimmy Lee "Levi" Rinck (Jacqueline); his great grandchildren, Matthew Lee Rinck, Mitchell Dale Rinck, Annabelle Grace Yoder and Ansley Jane Faulkner; his sisters, Doris Withers and Patricia Yoder (Frankie); his daughter Tammy Teague Sain; and his granddaughters, Ashley and Shelby Hollar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
