He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Hugh and Anna Elizabeth Carpenter Autrey; his son Jessie Lee Otis Autrey; and his siblings, William Willie Autrey, Kenneth Ray Autry, Deborah Lynn Greer and Patricia Ann Pierce.
He is survived by: his daughter Katie Anna Autrey; his grandchildren, Katie "Scarlette", Dixie Melody and Harley Anna; his girlfriend Tammy "Pinto" Ford; his siblings, Bobby Lee Autrey, Jeffery Blaine Autrey, Sr. (Lynne) and Mary Jane Johnson; and his stepdaughters, Shayla Jenae Teague and Mariah Raine Teague. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Caring at 3975 Robinson Rd, Newton, NC 28658 in Henry's name.
