He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Darling and Lorraine Darling. He is survived by: his wife Norma Darling; his brothers, Jerry Darling (Shirley) of Mishawaka, IN. and Larry Darling of Three Rivers, MI; and his daughter Jackalyn Darling of Niles, MI.. He is also survived by stepchildren and several step grandchildren.
