He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herman and Tuyla Jo Benfield Moore. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Annas Moore; his children, Jim Moore (Melissa), Jason Moore and Anitra Rose (Steve); his sisters, Pam Bowman and Cindy Howard; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Jaelyn and Jacee Maldonado.
