He was predeceased by: his father Richard Herbert Brittain. He is survived by: his mother Judy Gail Barbour Patton; his daughter Lauren Brittain; his sister Jennifer Travis (John); his nephew Dylan Travis (Haley); and his niece Jessica Travis.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Drum Hickory Funeral Home Chapel (940 29th Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601).
The family request in lieu of flowers memorials be given to Catawba County Humane Society, 3224 20th Avenue SE Hickory, NC 28602.
