He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Salisbury and Evelyn Shaffer Salisbury. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Salisbury; his children, Amanda Salisbury Robertson (Brandon) of Zebulon, NC and Bryan Sasser of Nolensville, TN; and his brothers, Dennis Salisbury (Kris) and Scott Salisbury (Miriam). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
