He is survived by: his wife Thelda Lynn Lewis; his children, Mark Lewis and Sandra Watts (Coy); his granddaughters, Holly and Mallory Watts; his great grandchild Chayce Watts; and his siblings, Danny Lewis (Denise) and Debbie Cutshall (Dean). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
