He is survived by: his mother Margaret Bolick; his wife Lisa Stewart; his daughter Leah Stewart (Alanis); his stepdaughter Lindsey Herring Punch; and his siblings, Teresa Martin (Michael), Linda "Rosie" Chapman (Reid) and Tim Bolick (Melvina). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
