She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted A Ritchie and Ruby Kate Burns Ritchie; her husband John Burnette Carver; her daughter-in-law Gena Carver; and her siblings, Teddy B. Ritchie and Betsy R. Behler (Alan).
She is survived by: her sons, John Carver Jr., Jeff Carver and David Carver (Michelle). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Baptist Children's Home of North Carolina, 204 Idol St, Thomasville, NC 27360.
