He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Anne Petty; his sons, Jared Heath Petty (Angela) and Andrew Scott Petty; his sisters, Jackie Stalker, Jill Chandler (Bill) and Terry Stewart (David); and his brother-in-law Brian Tharp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
