He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Eugene Mowrey; and his wife Brenda Sue Mowrey (Speaks). He is survived by: his mother Francis J. Mowrey; his daughters, Sonja Roberts (Chris) of Weaverville, NC and Angela Moore (David) of Trinity, NC; his sisters, Jeanne Dolan of Moreno Valley, CA and Jeri Trakas of Moreno Valley, CA; his grandchildren, Shaelyn, Elijah Roberts and Kara Moore; and his nephew Dylan Dolan.
