He was predeceased by: his father Fred Long Arndt. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Grant (Karen) of Charlotte, Erich Cain (Lauren) of Raleigh and Emily Cain of Raleigh; his brother Tony Lee Arndt (Mindy) of Mooresville; his nephews, Eric Arndt of Everett, MA and Alex Arndt of Catawba; and his granddaughter Brennan Grant A.
