He is survived by: his wife Levone Blevins Phillips; his daughters, Angela Phillips Hollifield of Hickory and Clarissa Phillips Summers (Spencer) of Rock Hill; his siblings, Paul Phillips (Barbara) of Maiden, Jerry Phillips (Jean) of Creston, James Phillips (Lisa) of Conover and Gladys Phillips Mullis (Roger) of Jefferson; and his grandchildren, Emily Hollifield Brown, Marshall Bolick, Savannah Bolick, Adam Hollifield, MaKayla Harstick, McKenzie Harstick, Jada Harstick, Jace Harstick and Logan Summers.
