She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard R. Budd and Irene Cleasby. She is survived by: her husband William Plough; her children, Timothy, Barbara, Heidi and Amy; and her sisters, Connie, Elaine and Beth. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hickory Bible Church (909 U. S. Hwy 70 SW, Hickory, NC 28602). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Johns Baptist Church (6141 St Johns Church Ave, Connelly Springs, NC 28612).
