We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2025, at the age of 92, Joyce Wallace Gaddy of Hickory, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Herman Wallace and Ruby Haney Wallace; and her husband James D. Gaddy. She is survived by: her sons, Steve Gaddy (Penny) of Hickory and Ron Gaddy (Teresa) of Spartanburg; her grandchildren, Alex Gaddy (Bethany Wyrick), Denae Hedrick (Jay) and Ryan Gaddy (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Madeleine Olivia Gaddy, AnnaLeigh Wyrick, Koda Kinsey, Auden Kinsey, Gabriel Hedrick, Judah Hedrick, Blaine Gaddy and Micah Gaddy.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Highland Baptist Church (828 9th Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601).
