She was predeceased by: her father David B. Thrift, Jr.; and her brother David Stephan Thrift. She is survived by: her husband Robert Reid Lineberger; her sister JoAnn Grubb (Lee) of Fort Myers, Florida; her children, Robin Stine (David Smith) of Hickory and Richard Powell, Jr. (Jill Cline) of Hickory; her grandchildren, Heather Church (Eric) of Lenoir, Joseph Powell (Felicia Wheeler) of Hickory and Alex Smith (Dillan) of Valdese; and her great grandchildren, Zeppelin Fox, Spencer Fox, Karson Church, McKenzie Emery, Mason Powell and Logan Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family.
