She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip W. Hartley and Eleanor Hartley (Huffman); her husbands, Raymond B. Conner, Jr. and Jacel Snipes; her brothers, Tom Hartley, Richard Hartley and Riley Hartley; her son David R. Conner; and her grandson Phillip A. Conner.

She is survived by: her children, Richard L. Conner (Chris), Kit Conner, Carolyn A. Wilken (Don), Linda L. Wyatt, Leonard R. Conner (Janice), Tony W. Conner (Ayeshea), Debbie L. Kaufman (Mike) and Casey G. Conner; and her sister Sue Mowbray. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
