She was predeceased by: her parent Toy Mintz; her children, Barbara Ann Phelps and Jim Jr. Phelps; and her sibling Jessie (Thurman). She is survived by: her grandsons, Antonio Phelps (Pamala) of Lawrenceville, GA, Donnie Phelps (Abigail) of Austin, TX and Carlos Phelps of Lincolnton, NC.. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
