He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth James O'Neill of Pittsburgh and Dorothy Mae Dryer O'Neill of Pittsburgh. He is survived by: his wife Kay Fetherbay O'Neill; his daughters, Julie L. O'Neill and Jennifer O'Neill Beard; and his grandchildren, Landon M. Beard and Addison A. Beard.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (547 6th St NW, Hickory, NC 28601). Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:45 AM at the same location.
