He was predeceased by: his parents, A. A. Crump and Fannie Crump; his former wife Barbara Christopher Crump; his wife Daphne Sullivan Crump; and his brothers, Truette A. Crump and Zeno E. Crump.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth A. Crump (Jill), Gary S. Crump (Regina) and Debra C. Espey (Daniel); his grandchildren, Katie Crump (Diego), Daniel "Lee" Espey, Jr., Phillip Crump (Bridget), Emily Pyron (Charlie) and Andi Willis; and his great grandchildren, Max, Pippa and Catherine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
