He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Wayne Wagoner, Sr. and Grace Carter Williams Wagoner. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cheek Wagoner; his children, Meghan Wagoner Pritchard (Zach Pritchard) and Seddon Wagoner; his granddaughters, Hadley and Ansley Pritchard; his sisters, Deborah Miller (Lindsay Rosebrock) of Chapel Hill, Katherine Wagoner Maynard (Don Maynard) of Burlington and Susanne Wagoner Neuman (Andrew Neuman) of Sag Harbor; and his siblings-in-law, Tony Cheek (Cindy) of Efland, NC and Janice Cheek Campbell of Carrboro, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family, requests donations to the Food Pantry at Mt. Pisgah or the General Scholarship fund at University of North Carolina at Chapel HIll.
