She is survived by: her father Glen Henry Chapman (Mary Jo) of Hickory; her children, Shari Chapman of Hickory, Shamilia Chapman of Hickory, Johnathan Lee Chapman of Hickory and Johnny Tyrone Banks of Hickory; her siblings, Mark Anthony Chapman of Hickory, Pamela Denise Chapman of Charlotte, Frankie Chapman of Worchester, Tini Chapman of Hickory, Glen Edward Chapman of Miami, FL., Janice Denise Johnson (Jeff) of Mt and Jenny Hovanec (Peter) of Charlotte; and her grandchildren, Angel B. Wilfong of Hickory, Naima Heard of Hickory, Leeyah Banks of Hickory, Envi Banks of Hickory and Taheim Banks of Hickory. She is also survived by uncles, aunts and other relatives and friends.
