We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2022, at the age of 70, Louis Robert Ludwig of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Santa Rosa, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Heyler Ludwig and Lydia Engram Ludwig; and his brother Lynn Ludwig. He is survived by: his daughters, Lydia Carlino (Nick) of Hickory, Tabitha Kleemann (Craig) and Elizabeth Ludwig; his siblings, Laurie Ludwig, Lucy Ludwig (Mark), Lila Pisor (Rocky), Linda Welter, Cherie Anderson (Mike) and Chip Welter (Kim); and his grandchildren, Maleah and Mason Carlino of Hickory.
