It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Celine Gevry Caplette of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Edmond Gevry; and her grandson Jonathan A. Houser. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Raymond Caplette; her children, Ronald Rock Caplette of Wisconsin, Michael David Caplette (Michelle) of Virginia, Lisa Houser (Rick) of Youngsville, NC, Amy Martin of Hickory, NC and Tracy Urcinola (David) of Hickory, NC; and her sister Lucille Lopes of Rhode Island. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to MEDI Home Health and Hospice of Hickory, NC or to St. Aloysius Catholic Church of Hickory, NC to benefit the 2033 National Youth Conference Fund.
