She was predeceased by: her parents, Doc Huffman and Pearl "Brittain" Huffman; her husband Thomas Gene Sain; her children, Susan Sain Anderson and Micheal Thomas Sain; and her siblings, Myrtle, Russell, Harold "Buck" and David.
She is survived by: her siblings, Floyd "Tete" (Audrey Huffman) of Vale and Dempsie Killian of Granite Falls; her granddaughter Julia (James Ross Jr.); her children, Charlotte of Hickory, Nantasha (Peter Chryst) and Ethan of Matthews; her grandsons, John (Dana Anderson) of Lineville and Bradley Sain of Granite Falls; and her children-in-law, Scott Pettis of Hickory and Robin Sain of Granite Falls. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
