She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Lowman and Marilyn Bollinger Lowman. She is survived by: her husband Kimmie Speagle; her daughter Lauren Speagle Turner (Austin); and her siblings, Teresa Price (Roy) and Rev. Dwight Lowman (Shefy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Chapel of Hickory Funeral Home (1031 11th Ave Blvd SE, Hickory, NC 28602). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
