He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Elester Isenhour Jr. and Alma Lee Isenhour; his brother Wayne Isenhour; and his nephew Daniel Isenhour. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Isenhour (Gaye) and Susan Gunter (James); his nephew Dennis Isenhour, Jr. (Jessie); his nieces, Kim Garrett, Carrie Linton (Britt), Kendra Winkler and Kellie Kerley; his cousin Diane Johnson (Betty Hooten); and his nephew Wayne Isenhour, Jr..
