She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Charles Hollar of Hickory; her daughter Lori Ann Hollar Joyner; her parents, Ralph McCoy Propst and Rachel Propst (Williams) of Hickory; and her brother-in-law Hugh Shook of Hickory.
She is survived by: her son Kurt Charles Hollar of Durham, NC.; and her siblings, Edwin Propst (Joan) of Hickory, Joan Shook (Propst) of Hickory, Sharon Herman (David) of Lenoir and Susan Salamandra (Steve) of San Rafael, CA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
