She is survived by: her mother Betty Anthony Hewitt; her children, Shari Hewitt of Hickory, Julian Hewitt of Newton, Kellie Hewitt of Newton, Christian Hewitt of Newton and Betty Anthony Hewitt of Hickory; and her siblings, Darryl Hewitt (Gina) of Hickory, Lance Monroe Hewitt II of Hickory, Georg Hewitt of Hickory, Kelly Hewitt (Derek) of Maryland, Jenna Hewitt (Jodi) of Pennsylvania and Linda Dowd (Charles) of Hampton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
