He was predeceased by: his sister Mindy Miller. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Morgan; his children, Sara McCall and Alex Cartner; his grandchildren, Aaron Morgan, Elizabeth McCall, Alyvia McCall and Vylette Cartner; and his sister Linda Morgan.
