She was predeceased by: her husband George Edward Kanupp; and her son Alan Kanupp. She is survived by: her children, Libby Auton (Wayne) of Hickory and Kenny Kanupp (Marcella) of Hickory; her grandchildren, Tasha Auton of Conover, Talesa Auton of Hickory, Katelyn McNeil (Zach) of Conover, Jon Kanupp of Hickory and Lauren Yount (Andrew) of Conover; her great grandchildren, Harper, Guthry, Bryson, Nyla, Josiah, Jace, Emma and Chloe; and her sister Martha H. Killian of Claremont.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Stephens Lutheran Church Mo-Synod to the Building Fund or School, 2304 Springs Road NE, Hickory, NC 28601.
