He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hollar Robinson; his daughters, Miranda Elaine Minton (Tyler) of Hickory and Madelaine Gracie Smith (Luke) of Las Cruces, NM; his grandsons, Hezekiah Minton of Hickory and Bennett Smith of Las Cruces, NM; his siblings, Tina Fowler (John) of Granite Falls, Joshua Robinson (Katrina) of Denver and Stacey Stalvey of Hickory; his father-in-law Carl Hollar; and his nephew Duke Energy.
