He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Franklin Dugger; his sister Nancy Edwards; and his uncle Steve Dugger. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Kyte Dugger; his brother Tony Dugger (Janie Townsend); his grandchildren, Alivia Gragg and Jayson Townsend; his aunts, Ellen Keener (Don), Evelyn Colley and Connie Teague (Wayne); his nephews, Jacob Dugger, Joseph Dugger and Manuel Dugger; his cousins, Jonny, Jaime, Cameron and Amanda; and his friend Justin Townsend. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home & Crematory (334 2nd St NW, Hickory, NC 28601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home Chapel (334 2nd St NW, Hickory, NC 28601). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Catawba Memorial Park (3060 US-70, Hickory, NC 28602).
