He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Kyte Dugger; his brother Tony Dugger (Janie Townsend); his grandchildren, Alivia Gragg and Jayson Townsend; his aunts, Ellen Keener (Don), Evelyn Colley and Connie Teague (Wayne); his nephews, Jacob Dugger, Joseph Dugger and Manuel Dugger; his cousins, Jonny, Jaime, Cameron and Amanda; and his friend Justin Townsend. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
