We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Michael Norman Carmack of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Nashville, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Comar Carmack and Addie Mae Carmack; his wife Lynn Long Carmack of Hickory; his children, Jason Carmack (Stacey) and Melissa Goodbourn (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Bryson, Kaleigh, Brennan, Kellen, Nara and Beatrice; his sisters, Vickie Brooks and Carla Carmack; his siblings-in-law, Jeff and Vickie Long; and his siblings' children, Sarah and Samuel. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Rathbun House located at 121 Sherwood Road, Asheville, NC 28803.
