He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Weaver and Norma Jean Whitener Weaver; and his fiancée Kimberly Franklin Saine. He is survived by: his sister Carla Weaver Herman (Paul); his nephew Matthew Herman (Alaina); and his great-nephew Carter Herman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home Chapel (334 2nd St NW, Hickory, NC 28601). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
