He is survived by: his mother Miiko Rowe; his pet Beau; his wife Becky Rowe; his children, Peter Allen Rowe, Dr. Beau Rowe (Grace) and Laney Rowe (Josh Merrill); his siblings, Kathy Keener (Staley) and Terry; his nieces, Sarah Moretz, Katherine Nye and Dr. Laura Keener; his brother-in-law Dr. Al Bandy (Debbie); and his nieces, Ashley and Amy Bandy.
