He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Lee Treadway and Jeanette Biddix Treadway; his sister Ilah McJunkin; and his wife Marilyn Setzer Treadway. He is survived by: his son Gary Treadway of Charlottesville, VA; his siblings, Violet Michael of Longview and Arnold Treadway of Mansfield, TX; his caregivers, Genny Nelson, Jade Waldhoff and Joan Mackey; Butch and Linda Walker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
