It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Onita Wayne Wagner of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Dermott, Arkansas, who passed away on June 1, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Turner and Alma Turner; and her husband Eric Olaf Wagner. She is survived by: her children, Richard Eric Wagner of Hickory, Elaine Christine Horton, Shirley Ann Roberson (Gene) and Linda Jane Plinton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church, 9379 NC Hwy 127 N, Hickory, NC 28601.
