She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Herman and Ruby Kelly Herman. She is survived by: her husband Jess Waters; her daughters, Crystal Carlton (Randy) and Mandy Shepherd (Brady); her grandchildren, Courtney Long, Cody Long (Cassie), Colton Shepherd and Emma Shepherd; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Wayman, Cooper Smith and Caroline Long; and her siblings, Kelley Hefner and Jackie Herman (Valerie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
